VocaSheet is a simple and efficient vocabulary learning app that converts your own Excel worksheets into interactive quizzes.

Import Your Own Excel Files

VocaSheet supports .xlsx files and reads them instantly.

Format Requirements:

  • Row 1: Two language labels (example: English | Korean)

  • Row 2 and onward: Word pairs (Column A | Column B)

  • Up to 10 files can be stored at once

The file manager screen shows:

  • Word count

  • Language direction (A → B)

  • Upload time

  • Easy file selection and deletion

This makes VocaSheet highly flexible for any language pair and any study method.

Customize Your Quiz Settings

Before starting a quiz, you can choose:

  • Which file to use

  • Number of quiz questions

  • Question direction (A → B or B → A)

A simple slider adjusts the quiz length, and a toggle switch instantly reverses the question direction.
The interface is clean, intuitive, and designed for quick study sessions.

Track Your Learning With Detailed History

Every quiz you take is saved automatically in the History tab.

You can review:

  • Total attempts, correct answers, wrong answers, and accuracy rate

  • Date and time of each quiz

  • Each question, the correct answer, and your own answer

You can also clear all history if needed.
This feature helps you see your progress and identify vocabulary that needs more practice.
